The concept
Total Airport Management is the operating idea that every party at an airport works from one shared picture, from planning to execution, and that the airport plan and the network plan connect. A joint DLR and EUROCONTROL project report set out the initial operational concept and an airport operations centre architecture in 2006, and later European research developed and validated parts of that direction. We did not invent the category. We are building for it.
The product
TAM is our implementation: a coordination layer above the systems the airport already runs, plus purpose built applications where a gap exists, from credentialing and ground operations to rostering. One record, entered once, used everywhere, checked by AI and approved by a human. It runs on Kaidera, the enterprise AI platform, so every AI assisted decision carries visible reasoning and a receipt.

At the heart of TAM is one operational record. Every person, flight and asset is stored once and used everywhere, with the source of each fact recorded explicitly. No duplicate entry, no stale information, and no argument about whose number is right.

The people who move the operation do not sit at desks. The employee app carries the work to the ramp: job cards with completion checklists, digital signature, photo evidence and GPS capture, a roster view with swaps and availability, and an offline mode that queues work and syncs when the signal returns. English and Arabic, including right to left layout.

Standard airport collaborative decision making tracks sixteen milestones on the way to departure. TAM extends them with ten gates of our own across workforce, equipment and compliance, and one composite readiness gate. Twenty six milestones that answer the question the duty manager is actually asking.
Part of this is already law, and the deadline is close.

We will say this plainly, because you will work it out anyway. Nobody delivers complete Total Airport Management by the end of 2027, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The 2027 obligation is the customer's forcing function, not our full product deadline. What we can do is help an operator build the governed data, integration, visibility and planning foundation that the next step requires, and do it without locking them into a point solution that goes nowhere afterwards.

We are looking for two airports, not two customers.
TAM is in MVP. The partner's voice shapes what general availability looks like, which means roadmap influence, partner grade commercials, a named sponsor and a ninety day exploration with a clean go or no go at the end.

Everything TAM does with AI inherits the platform underneath it: work classified by impact, high impact actions held for a named human, and a receipt for every action showing what happened, who approved it and why. In an airport, that is not a nice to have. It is the only way the decision survives review.
